We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. You’ll be responsible for understanding client requirements and translating them into clear tasks for our Odoo ERP developers. Acting as the link between clients and the technical team, you'll ensure smooth communication and successful project execution. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with a proactive approach, are essential for this role.  

Requirement For The Role

                                     Must Have
  •  Proven experience (1–2 years) as a Business Analyst.
  •  Understanding of ERP systems, preferably Odoo ERP.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  •  Ability to effectively elicit, document, and manage business requirements.
  •  Experience in creating process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
  •   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •   Strong organizational and time management skills.
  •   Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Skills  :-   Experience with implementation or customization Odoo ERP and Agile methodologies.
                            Responsibilities
  •  Act as the primary contact for clients to understand business processes, challenges, and ERP-related objectives.
  •  Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
  •  Create detailed documentation including use cases, user stories, process flows, and data models.
  •  Serve as a communication bridge between clients and the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
  •  Analyze client systems and identify opportunities for process improvement through Odoo ERP.
  •  Support in developing test plans, participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet client expectations.
  •  Contribute to improving internal development processes by enhancing clarity in requirements and communication.
